Well,my friend

Every country in the americas declared independace, then the WWII was a devil to all economies of the Colonial Empires.

England saw its beging of the end when USA declared Indpendance, then others colonies folowed, wich ended in 1914 thier empire

the Netherland Empire, with the defeat in Brasil, trying to take this colony from Portugal, wich ended badly for thier economy, saw its end when it was invaded by the germans.wich Ended in 1948

then France empire, saw its end with the defeat of Waterloo, and the 3 defeats trying to invade portugal,it ended in 1803.

Spain, with the rising British Empire, couldnt stand against its power in North America, the economics where trash and the military outdated, worse than portugal,The Colonial Empire of Spain ended with the loss of african colonys in 1975.

Portugal, and its unblievable that thier colonial empire manage to stand wile other crumbled, even with the brasil independace, manage to keep thier colonys in africa, winning against the Germans in WWI wich tryied to take the colonys of Angola and Moçambique.Portugal Empire still stands as the most long lived of the Colonial Empires dating from 1415 to 2002! How did World War 1 affected the political situation in Europe?

World War I significantly altered the political landscape of Europe by dismantling empires and redrawing national boundaries. The fall of the Austro-Hungarian, Ottoman, German, and Russian Empires led to the emergence of new nations and a rise in nationalism. Additionally, the Treaty of Versailles and the punitive measures imposed on Germany fostered resentment and instability, setting the stage for future conflicts. The war also contributed to the rise of revolutionary movements, including communism in Russia, profoundly impacting Europe's political ideologies.

Why did the Mongol empire fall apart so quickly?

The Mongol Empire fell apart quickly due to a combination of factors, including internal strife, succession disputes, and the vastness of the territory, which made it difficult to govern effectively. After Genghis Khan's death in 1227, rival factions emerged among his descendants, leading to fragmentation and civil wars. Additionally, the empire faced challenges from external enemies and the inability to maintain unity among diverse cultures and regions. These factors collectively led to the rapid decline of one of history's largest empires.

What major European empires ceased to exist after ww1?

Five empires went into the war, and only one came out - the British Empire. Falling as a result of the war were the German Empire (the Hohenzollerns), the Austro-Hungarian Empire (the Hapsburgs, after more then 400 years), the Russian Empire (the Romanovs, after more then 250 years) and the Ottoman Empire (the Turks, after more than 450 years). In particular the fall of the Ottoman Empire, combined with the end of the Calpihate, resonates today in the continuing turmoil of the Middle East and the Muslim world.

In Chinua Achebe's novel "Things Fall Apart," the six tribesmen were arrested for participating in the killing of a colonial messenger. This act was a response to the increasing tensions between the Igbo community and British colonial authorities, as the tribesmen sought to defend their traditions and resist the encroachment of colonial rule.
