Yes, Bella does become pregnant on her honeymoon, but Edward and Bella leave to go back. Edward tells Bella not to worry because Carlisle will get that 'thing' out of her. But Bella insists that she won't let Edward or Carlisle do anything to her baby, and with Rosalie's help, no-one dares kill the baby.
