ravenpaw pertended to the shadowclan cat that he was a riverclan cat,and that tigerstar wanted him,so when the shoadowclan guard left to get tigerstar,greystripe pavenpaw and firestar((i think of was it fireheart at that time?if or get lolz))go into the prision type hingy and rescue them :D

Nothing really. He was Firestar's friend and went to RiverClan to save his kits from Tigerstar and witnessed Stonefur be murdered. He helped take his kits and Mistyfoot across the border. Then he killed Darkstripe during the battle. Then he was made deputy after Whitestorm died.

For her story plot to go as she planned, yes. Erin Hunter had to kill Silverstream so that she and Graystripe's kits would be with RiverClan when Tigerstar became the joint leader of RiverClan with Leopardstar. Then Tigerstar, in his quest for pure-blood cats, could try to make Stonefur kill them and if Silverstream were still alive, she would protect her kits and she wouldn't let Tigerstar try to kill them. If Tigerstar wouldn't have tried to kill the kits, then Graystripe, Ravenpaw, and Firestar wouldn't have rescued the kits, and the plot of the story would fall apart. So, yes. Erin Hunter did have to kill Silverstream.

Yes, he does. Tigerstar orders Stonefur to kill Graystripe's kits and Stonefur refuses, then Tigerstar orders Darkstripe to kill him, but Darkstripe is defeated, so he gets the help of Blackfoot and they kill him. This happens in "The Darkest Hour", the last book of the first series.

Stonefur was killed by Blackfoot and Darkstripe when Tigerstar joined RiverClan and ShadowClan to create TigerClan. (selfish cat...) Tigerstar ordered Blackfoot and Darkstripe to kill Stonefur because he was a half- clan cat and Tigerstar thought half- clan cats didn't deserve to live. Tigerstar also ordered them to kill Stonefur because he wouldn't prove his loyalty by killing Featherpaw and Stormpaw. Stonefur died protecting Graystripes kits, Featherpaw and Stormpaw.
