Tell them how excited you are about this great new opportunity and that you will bring this same excitement and energy to future challenges that may be presented to you. You are a TEAM player. Smile and be happy. If you can find an appropriate short story or joke put it in your speech; it relaxes everyone. Then close by saying that "we are a team with the same goals; and they are the success both now and in the future of this spectacular company, name company."
