You need to look up Erin Hunter. I am not familiar with the Warrior series and Skyclan so you will find the information you need at the link below.
I doubt it.
In the books "Firestar's Quest" and "SkyClan's Destiny" in the beginning of the books.
SkyClan's Destiny has 462 pages.
When Firestar's name was Firepaw, he was in only one of the books (Into the Wild). However the character has been in all of the series and special edition books. Although he isn't in SkyClan's Destiny, his name is still mentioned.
Echosong joined SkyClan because she kept on having dreams about SkyClan's ancestors. Although Echosong is the medicine cat of SkyClan she has no SkyClan ancestry.
Fading Echoes, Night Whispers, SkyClan's Destiny, The Heart of a Warrior, Battles of the Clans
In the Warriors series by Erin Hunter, Skyclan is reestablished in the book "Firestar's Quest" when Firestar helps them find a new home in the gorge. Skyclan faces many challenges, but they remain a part of the series in subsequent books.

The fifth clan is SkyClan. They were forced out of the old forest due to twolegs cutting down there territory. (now the old twoleg place) They were forced to live in a gorge until a swarm of rats killed and chased them away. In Firestar's Quest Firestar has to go to the gorge and find all of the remaining SkyClan. He eventually successfully brings them back together and their story continues in SkyClan's destiny and the Manga SkyClan and the Stranger although in the Forgotten Warrior they were mentioned. It is possible that they could come back to the clans... to help save them from the Dark Forest... O.O
