Can't really remeber but I know that it has these:
Don't mate and have kits
Be loyal to your Clan
Go to the Moonpool every half-moon (maybe)
the medicine cat takes their apprentice to the moon pool, they ask starclan to accept this medicine cat.
no she just gives up being a medicine cat and becomes a warrior instead. this was not her choice, she broke the medicine cat code as was forced to by star-clan
No, he is a medicine cat, if he mates then he breaks the warrior code.

Medicine cats in the Warrior Cats series are not allowed to have kits, as their main duty is to serve their Clan by tending to the health and welfare of the cats in their Clan. If a medicine cat were to have kits, they would be breaking the medicine cat code and would likely face consequences such as being stripped of their position.
If a medicine cat dies and there is no apprentice, the Clan leader can choose a cat to train as the new medicine cat. They can select any cat within the Clan to become the new medicine cat, typically a young cat with an interest in herbs and healing. Once chosen, this new medicine cat apprentice will begin their training with guidance from StarClan and any remaining knowledge of the previous medicine cat.
As far as we know, the answer is no. Jayfeather is a medicine cat and it is against the warrior code for him to become leader.
Human medicine for humans, cat medicine for cats
the medicine cat is barkface and his apprentice kestrelpaw
Leafpool broke the warrior code by mating with Crowfeather. Apparently she did not want to tell anyone, nor risk her posistion as medicine cat, hence why she left the camp with her sister when the three were coming. They lied and said Squirrelflight had the kits, when they returned. Since no cat saw Leafpool give birth, they could not really contradict.
No, you cannot use human medicine for your cat. It could possibly kill your cat if you do.
Leafpool was medicine cat when he and his brother and sister was born.
