This is going to depend on the individual. In women, height usually tops off an inch or two after puberty hits.

Growth depends upon growth plates in the bones. As long as they are still there, there will be some continued growth, but once they have solidified, growth is completed. The age of when this happens varies from person to person but they close off at the end of the adolescent stage.
