All of them.... see link
The main difference between children's and adults health insurance is that children may be eligible for low- or no-cost insurance through Medicaid or the Children's Health Insurance Program.
It depends on the wording of the policy, but if the policy was a family policy it would not normally cover adult children (normally those 18 or over would be adult) and thus it is unlikely that a 19year old would be covered. The 19year old would need separate health insurance cover of his/her own.
Yes, an insured and a beneficiary have to have an insurable interest to be able to have a life insurance policy. Parents/children are considered to have insurable interest
(in the US) To my knowledge, there isn't any such requirement. The recently enacted healthcare legislation mandates children to be allowed on their parents healthcare insurance up to 26 years of age, but I believe that the effective date for that is still some years off.
Obama care allows to age 26.
Some medical insurance plans will cover an adult child up to about age 24 under certain circumstances. Some plans will cover them if they are in college, living at home or are permanent dependents of the parents.
adult children's avoid parents because of the mostly parents interface there lives
Parents are not responsible for their children once they have left home. In most cases requirements end at 18, but some places will require them to take care of their children until 21.
Parents shouldn't be responsible for adult children.
Is there counseling for the parents of drug addicted, adult children that refuse help?
Generally speaking no, unless the children are still legal depedents. That's a legal answer. Philisophically, that's up to you.
