My dog did the same thing today, so I've spent much of the day talking to vets and researching. From what I've read, that amount wouldn't usually be toxic for a 50lb dog, but the aggiation and shaking (seizure perhaps?) could be signs of toxicity. It would probably be a good idea to take the dog to your local emergancy vet clinic.
