bobcats, rotweilers, manx cats, hamsters, polar bears, moles (do they even have tails??) What they said and other breeds of dogs and some birds... Also my female guppies have pretty short tails. Frogs have this stump thing sort of attached to its butt but that can't really be counted as a real tail.
