Yes, they definitely are. One of my micro pigs from my Spring/Summer litters went to his forever home there.
Other pigs, or hogs, are also.
You must check your zoning, if you plan on having any kind of pig. They are all considered livestock, even the micro pigs.

∙ 12y agoUnless it's a pot-bellied pig or a mini tea-cup pig, or a guinea pig, no. Pigs (also commonly called hogs) are farm animals and should be treated as such. Besides, most farm pigs grow to over 500 lbs in size, which makes them harder to keep as pets.

∙ 14y agoAs a pet? It depends on your area laws really. I would say yes of course for where I live. But without more information I cannot be sure. Though most places would allow for it as a pet. As for a farm animal, I'm once again unsure due to not knowing your location. Though as an opinion the meat isn't very good due to the smell.
But pigs in general are quite smart. With a pot bellied pig it would be like having a dog, so I've heard. That's more of an opinion also.
