No. In the long run, the pit will win. Over the years, in an attempt to make an easy buck, they have matched pits with just about anything they could catch, and throw into a ring. You never hear of illegal chow fighting rings.......Chuck.
The same as any Pit Bull- the fact that he is the red nose variety doesn't really have anything to do with overall size. An adult male Pit Bull weighs about 40-80 pounds. They stand 18-22 inches at the shoulder.
yes the pit bull breed. should have there ears croped at about ten to twelve weeks of age. there are a number of reasons for this but the main one is the pup ears when the are born flop like lab ears. and after six weeks to twelve weeks there ears will start to lift up and stick out to the side. the reason they stick out to the side and not up. is they are to heave. at this time once you crop them and take the wait off and shape them the almost naturally stick up at this time. and that is why pit bull ears stand up allot faster then other breeds like dobbies, grate Danes, boxers, and so on. most of those breeds need to have a brace on for about twenty one days . and the pit bull will only need to be taped to a quarter of that time.. so i hope this helped you on your quest on cropping ears...........
Signs that a female pit bull is in heat include swollen vulva, more frequent urination, increased licking of the genital area, and a change in behavior such as restlessness or seeking more attention. It's important to keep an eye out for these signs to prevent unwanted pregnancies.
Australia, Ecuador, Malaysia, New Zealand, the territory of Puerto Rico, Singapore, Venezuela Denmark, France, Germany, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania and Spain have enacted some form of breed-specific legislation on pit bull-type dogs, including American Pit Bull Terriers, ranging from outright bans to restrictions on import and conditions on ownership. The state of New South Wales in Australia places restrictions on the breed, including mandatory sterilization. Certain counties and cities in the United States have outright banned ownership of the American Pit Bull Terrier, as well as the province of Ontario in Canada. Brindle is the color, so that doesn't have any bearing. Both breeds share a lot of characteristics as far as temperament. A Pit Bull is more possessive on average and may not get along with other animals as well. A lab tends to be more laid back so that could calm the Pit down some. Of course you have no way of knowing what you will get when you mix breeds. Any dog can be aggressive depending on how it is raised. Pits are great dogs if they are raised right. A Labit or Pit/lab is a cross between a Pit Bull terrier and a Labadore retriever. Brindles are common to the pits but not so common in Labs. . to be a brindle several things have to happen within the genetic make up.

Simple... DON'T! If you do train it to it might turn very ugly very fast!!!you need to give up your pit bull to a respocible owneer!
If you use the correct categorization pit bull is a Staffordshire Terrier, an American Staffordshire Terrier, or an American Pit Bull Terrier. However, any dog with a bull-terrier type body is stated to be a pit bull, including any bull dog mixed with many of the terriers or molossers, or any mixed of those with most other breeds. For example, an American Bulldog/Great Dane mix would be generally considered to be a pit bull. If that dog was bred with a Labrador Retriever their litter pups would also be considered pit bulls.
I have a 2 foot tall and about 3 foot long pit bull her name is Sapphira and i have a lab/pit bull and his name is Draco If u train the pit bulls well then they will not grow up to be vicious never rough house with it as a puppy or it will grow up to be vicious
You must be firm. And lets say your pit bull does not sit when you tell it to, so you give up. This is not the right thing to do. If you keep saying whatever, whatever, whatever, the pit bull will think it does not need to listen to you. So don't give up, and be firm. Any dog can be easy to train, but pit bulls can be stubborn, and some are smarter that that. So do your homework, ALWAYS BEFORE YOU CHOOSE A BREED!
