Can a rabbit and a turtle live in the same cage?

While they can it's not a good idea. Their dietary needs are similar but different. Additionally, a rabbit has powerful hind legs and can injury or kill a guinea pig with a kick. Some rabbits and guinea pigs have been known to live together peacefully for years, but often that is not the case.

I have a rabbit and a guinea pig and a rabbit living in a puppy pen together. I give them separate cages. They love each other and get along great.

No. If a rabbit gets excited and kicks while the guinea pig is behind it, it could be fatal to the guinea pig. Rabbit's back legs are extremely strong. Not only that, they can't share there diet. Rabbits can't eat guinea pig food and guinea pigs can't eat rabbit food.

Yes, they can. But they are more likely to get along if they are bonded together (like from the same litter or petstore cage) and both spayed. If not spayed they might get territorial and want to build nests (even if they are not pregnant). If rabbits bond as youngsters, it doesn't matter their sex, just be sure they are neutered and they will be OK together. If they are not bonded, you might have trouble.
