Yes. Preferably the unsweetened kind but nothing in porridge will hurt a chicken and is in fact a nice treat for them. Porridge is also something you can feed a sick bird when it is eating little else.
While it should not be used as a regular feed there is nothing bad in organic muesli that would harm a chicken. Check the ingredients list on the box for salt content as very salty foods should not be given the the hens. A handlful of muesli throm to them to scratch at would be a treat.
