you can tell by the color of it. if it is a brownish black color than its a boy. if it a light color then its a girl

Actually, I have 2 boy guinea pigs. One is a brownish black, and one is a light golden caramel color. The only way you can tell is the way you can tell for humans. You could also ask a store that owns guinea pigs to tell you, or ask a vet, or a breeder who knows about guinea pigs. Color has no relevance to a guinea pig's gender.

Such color mutations are rare but they do happen. If your hamsters color is way different then his surroundings, over the years, he/she will slowly change color. I know gerbils do the same thing.

Scientists have found that over 500 wild species of animals can perform what appears to be homosexual behavior. Even some beetles can be gay. I personally raise hamsters as a hobby and currently own two male hamsters in that are in a happy homosexual relationship...with their adoptive "child" too. Pork and Beans to name them; they have been together for almost a year. So that I believe sums up the question -- hamsters indeed can be gay.

Hey, um its not that hard to tell, but it depends on how old your hamster is, the way that i tell is that my boy hamster has well all three of my boy hamsters have a medium size bump on belly, its close to their but area. And my female hamster does not have one, try it.. im not sure if you can feel it but that's what i think
