Original post: no, they will NOT harm u!!!! HARMLESSS!!!! they can t climb beds, more than likely run from u, then try to find and eat you!! No reason to be terrified of them!
My answer:
Yes, they actually can climb beds, given there are things it can use to climb. If there is a big wooden base for your bed, it will probably slip down. If your bed is supported by posts/poles then they wouldn't be able to use them to climb up. However, if you have sheets that hang down to its reach, it will be able to climb up. The average mouse can reach up to about 1.5X its length. Hopping mice can reach about double its length. Even though they can reach you, mice-- even rats- are harmless, and will rarely bite you. It will not if your are just lying in bed. Please keep in mind, if you are lying down, and you move, chances are it WILL run away from you.
Please, if you are faced with an Australian hopping mouse, do not react badly. These are a national animal, and an Australian icon. I, am currently raising on myself (I got it TODAY, its its a baby. Abandoned, straight from the wild.) These are truly harmless, and are infact very nice creatures.
Possibly. They can climb up wooden surfaces thanks to their sharp nails and weightless (cartilage) bones. The only thing i can think of that they couldn't climb is perhaps a bathtub.
No, mice cannot climb up glass. Glass has no surface for the mouse's claws to grab onto while trying to climb. Therefore, they will slip.
They can if they really wanted to.
Yes mice can climb walls!
yes if they want to
No
Yes. Maybe not a vertical one if it's too slick, but otherwise, yes. I have a PVC pipe "jungle gym" in my python's setup.
YES. Mice are very nimble, they can climb up many things you would not think they could.
i think alligators can climb up riverbanks?
Yes, they can climb very well. Probably up walls... But they can defenitely climb! Hope this helped! ( :
it's adaptation is to climb on sticks or anything that it can climb on to get enough sunlight.
No
Yes mine dose
yes
Yes and so do mice and other vermin
Mice can get anywhere they want to go, they have no spine so can squeeze anywhere. climb anything, up pipes, so the answer is Yes.
Why not? They have legs, right?
because red tree mice climb red trees and heather mice climb heathers underwear.
They might try, unless the steps are to high. don't let them climb down the stairs though, because they could fall and break their bones. I also wouldn't leave them unsupervised near stairs, even if they're trained.
yes they are pretty good climbers
Mice usually try to run away from you, but rats do climb all over you if you font move too much. It does depend on the specific mouse or rat though.
Yes, Rats can climb along a rope. They do it all the time.
Barring any additional data in that question, the answer would be... yes. That's why you should butter your base cabinetson a weekly basis. It makes it much more difficult for mice, rats, and small children to climb up to your countertops. Margarine isn't recommended, though, because of the trans-fats.
