I guess so, if it bite or scratched you after it jumped on you. But if it only jumped on you it couldn't hurt you, because mice don't weigh very much.
(this part by Firepaw100) I have mice of my own and I know from experience that if they jump on you, no it does not hurt if they do not bite you, but it may be surprising as they are fast and speedy when it comes to jumping, lol. If they jump on bare skin it may tickle a little or if they are gripping on so as not to fall off it may scratch you a tiny bit, but just enough so that it's like if you ran your fingernail down your skin until it made that little pale white line. It's never hurt me.
RATS!!!!They are much MUCH bigger than mice.Rats can grow about up to the size of a $1 bill or larger!Mice can grow about up to a half dollar coin or larger.Rats teeth are bigger and sharper. When they bite,it is very painful, bleeds, and can get enfected if not treated properly. But with mice,it will hurt when they bite, but mice have small, dull teeth. It might bleed if bitten hard enough. The only way mice or rats will bite you,is when you sqeeze them, pinch their tail, bite them, blow in their ear, flip them over and tickle them, and more. Mice are rodents.
Mice can bleed from injuries or wounds just like any other living organism. Their blood clotting system helps to stop bleeding by forming clots at the site of injury. Additionally, mouse blood plays a vital role in transporting oxygen and nutrients to different parts of the body.
Sometimes it may appear as if cats are playing with their prey, or in this case mice. And sometimes they are. However, most often they are actually making sure their prey can't hurt them, so they are stunning their prey before giving it the killing bite. The killing bite requires a swift bite to the throat, but this exposes the cat's neck and belly to the prey. To avoid possible injury, they "play" with their prey.
Diurnal mice are active during the day and sleep at night, unlike nocturnal mice which are active at night. Some examples of diurnal mice include deer mice and house mice.
