yes you can, if you have a pony
yes, they can. if you buy a girl and boy pony and they have a good relationship put them in the field and leave them there when you turn your nds off, when you turn your nds back on you will find your female pony and a foal in your females stable. you then raise that pony. no you can not i tried it and it dint work
There is no set height as to how tall or short you need to be. Its is more your weight and ability to get on the horse (you wouldn't buy a 5 year old a 16 hand horse). Just remember that you plus your tack should be no more than 15-20% of the pony's bodyweight. :) For weight you can also go on a general ratio of one stone of your weight to one hand of the horses height, so for a 14hh pony anyone above 14st would be advised not to ride it. this is more important than height but if the riders legs come below the pony's belly they will just look silly :D
you can't ride a pet on wizard 101 unless you buy one from the crown shop
There are many places that you can buy live green inchworms. Your best bet is to go to a place that sells fishing items such as live bait.
You look for what suits you best. If you are a beginner, an older, gentler pony is best. If you are more advanced, you just look for what you think would work best for you. Always talk to the owners and see what the pony is like when being handled before taking it home.
You have to save up enough money to buy a horse, then you can go to an arena and ride
You go to the station cash store and then click on rides and buy the pony. Then click on your rides near the chat bar. Have fun riding your pony!

It's a pony that is being lead by another person, whilst someone is riding the pony. Basically it's a pony for novice children, or adults learning to ride. And the pony is being lead, and the person leading it is totally in control of the pony, so the beginners - learning to ride feel safe, and not being worried if the horse/pony is going to run off. So perhaps if some one is selling a horse/pony, and it's listed as a lead rein pony - this means, it's only used as a pony with someone leading it. And ideally you should buy this pony for beginner's, and it's a naive ride. There is no potential, just leading it. Hope this helped.
I no
Take your pony to the stable, take it for a ride, go to the shop, buy some food (apples, sugar lumps, parsnips etc.), put it in the field, call it over, click on the little brown sac in the bottom corner of the screen, click on the food you want, and then drag it into your pony's mouth. I have Pony Friends too :)

By becoming a very, very good rider. You should not get a pony if you cannot ride... and your parents know it, too. Also you should try suggesting that you work at the barn. Working at the barn, you can earn some cash to help pay for its board fee.
