Not real nutritious or digestible. If you enjoy the crunch and it does not bother your teeth. There is nothing in cartilage that will harm you.
Only if you die from it

Yes, people all over the world eat chicken. To eat a chicken: 1- Kill the chicken (make sure to do this in a humane and legal manner) 2- Pull the feathers off, etc 3- Cook the chicken Source: I've never killed a chicken but I eat it pretty much every day and I've seen how they do it.
it might be delicious but it is actually unhealthy for you so you can eat chicken nuggets whenever you want but not you eat it then the next day you eat it.

Cartilage
Chicken cartilage can be eaten by larger dogs. Small dogs may get the chicken cartilage stuck in their throats and choked.
Raw chicken can make them sick, cook it first. Just remember not to give them chicken bones to chew on because the bones splinter in their throats and can cause internal bleeding. Cartilage is fine.
Ever hear the frase "You are what you eat"? Eating beef or chicken cartilage is actually good for you. It helps to repair/replace damaged cartilage in your body. People who suffer from arthritis may also experience relief of some arthritic symptoms. You can buy cartilage in pill/capsule form at your local health food store.

Strangely yesyes
"Chicken cartilage contains Type 2 collagen which is necessary for rebuilding bones and your own body's cartilage. It also may help with arthritis and other types of joint pain." I don't think that there has been any research to prove or even hint at what the above poster states. Although it is true that cartilage contains type II collagen and it is needed to repair your own bodies cartilage, it is a HUGE leap to assume that the digested cartilage will then be broken down into type II collagen and the transported to your joints for rebuilding. With that said- I have not been able to find specific information regarding the nutritional value of chicken cartilage.
Of all the things you were fed as a baby you would be surprised!
