Three reasons why tigers are getting endangered are as follows: 1. Every second about hundreds of tigers are being hunted or shot. 2. They are hunted for their skin/fur, claw, teeth etc. 3. As many forests are being cleared, many tigers die every year without a place to live.

Humans moving into the same regions tiger live, even pushing into the areas reserved for the Tigers, will often kill tigers out of revenge, or a misguided belief that the tiger is hunting their domesticated animals or stalking their grazing herds. 3. Many times people will kill tigers as an "accidental byproduct" of hunting/trapping for other animals. Trapping and poisoning are often methods used to hunt other species in the same regions, but tigers are caught in the same traps. So, the goal may be a different animal, but the tiger suffers, either because of the tiger's inquisitive nature, or the loss of prey needed to sustain a healthy tiger population.
