Young puppies do need milk to survive but cow milk is not good for them. They need either milk re-placer made for puppies or goats milk. Cow milk is hard for them to digest and they will not do well on it. If you search the internet there are several recipes for home made milk re-placer for pups. It is challenging to bottle raise puppies but it can be done.
