Yes, you can, but it will have to be checked and changed more often than hay or pine needles. But, it clumps and keeps the ducks from spreding mud and much. I'd say go for it.
pen
Place "Have a heart" traps in the pen that are big enough for the ratst to enter but too small for the ducks. Also, put bait in the traps that ducks would not be interested in. Even if a small duck triggers the trap, it will be unhurt. You can get that type of trap at almost any Agway or Tractor Supply type store.
put it on my bill! put it on my bill!
You get a dead chicken, or duck. But you can get a chicken/duck tree, depending on the season, lighting, and waterness.
put them in a pen of tigers
because the duck is in the pen that drake wont accept and the drake is in the duck therefore drake cannot accept the new duck that is in the pen.

generally, yes. Many ducks like to have a friend and will get used to having someone else in the pen with them. at first, she may get a little territorial, but that is ok! she is just developing a pecking order and letting the new duck know who's boss. If the new duck is quite small and is getting picked on too much, I would wait until it is about 3/4 the size of the adult duck before you introduce it into the pen. That way it can stand up for itself if it has to.
alot.
put the led in the pen
put in the cage that the duck can't get out.
