Yes. A tiger can be eaten as soon as another consumer ( animal that eats another animal) figures out that its dead. An example of a consumer that would eat the tiger that is dead is a bird that all people may know from Africa, and that bird is the vulture. The vulture will eat almost any dead animal that is seen in its way.
