Yes! Despite what everyone tells you, there is one legendary animal which can dissolve in water! It is only found in Christmas Island: the Dissolvus Vaporeon. It is extremely endangered, and last seen in 1996. It is blue and has yellow pectoral and dorsal fins. It also has 3 small toes on each feet. If you do spot it, please tell me!
