Chicken fingers are cuts of breast meat approximately three inches long. Chickens have wings and toes, but no fingers. They used to, but some fella named Sanders took em' all and made a fortune selling them.

Even bought an honorary military title with the earnings. Hens now a days just come with wings but they are getting rarer now since Sanders ran outta fingers and started selling wings, when they run out watch for chicken toes and a product called "the parsons nose" soon to be marketed ( the parsons nose is the south end of a north bound chicken) "wink."

Do chickens eat black widow spiders?

Not really, because black widow spiders are poisonous. ^That answer is not true! Chickens love all kinds of spiders. The spider is only poisonous if it bites the chicken. The problem is the BW spider usually comes out at night when the chickens can't see well in the dark. :( So unless the spider is out in the open during the day, the chickens probably won't eat it.

How long do bantam chickens live for?

Most chickens live 7-9 years. It really depends on what kind of strain the chickens come from (show quality, production quality), and how the chickens have been raised, and what type of conditions they live in.

If you have a coop to house twelve chickens what do you do with extra chickens?

How many extra chickens??? Is your coop REALLY only for 12 chickens? Chickens don't mind close quarters for sleeping and coming in for food or water, but you need the outdoor run area to keep them happy too. The space for 12 chickens cannot be specifically defined, since they vary by size and disposition. If you have a few more, then make sire they have the outdoor run space if fenced. If you have a rooster, this changes the behavior of the chickens, too. If you think they are overcrowded, then you have two practical options - give them away / sell them to someone that wants chickens or, save yourself a trip to the store and have a fresh barbecue.

Can chickens and snakes interbreed?

No, chickens and snakes cannot interbreed because they are from completely different classes of animals. Chickens are birds (Class Aves), while snakes are reptiles (Class Reptilia), and interbreeding between such distinct classes is not possible.
