A hen laying an egg experiences the same pain as a woman giving birth to a baby or a cow giving birth to a calf. Of course it hurts! But it's all a part of nature, so why should we be so concerned about it?
It shouldn't hurt at all, unless you are squeezing or carrying her by her abdomen. If you pick your cat up with one hand under the back part of her stomach and the other hand under her rib cage, this distributes the weight. Let her lay with her front legs on your shoulder and her back legs resting in one hand by your stomach and there won't be any pressure on her belly.
yes because moldy and old foods can contain anything like bacteria and many other things. if you feed the goat 2 week old chicken the chicken could have mold on it and mold contains bacteria so that would definitely hurt the goat.
Yes, provided the person's hand isn't insanely calloused or neurologically damaged.
Our rooster eats cat food when he gets a chance and seems healthy. Though not a balanced food for a chicken a bit now and then will probably not hurt them.
If you are going for nothing but pain then using the back of your hand with as much force as possible would hurt a lot, mostly because of the knuckles and other bones. In my opinion you don't only want it to hurt you also need to leave them with that feeling of defeat even when you have already walked away to do that you start with your strong hand low and bring the fleshy part of your hand (under the thumb) along with the bowl of your hand to their cheek. aim for the fattest part of the cheek which is usually about an inch from the side of their mouth and an inch from their nostril (the point where the two distances meet should be where the fleshy part of your hand goes. remember to bring it up diagonally and strong, it should leave them with a horrible burning tingly sensation across their face that should last a while. could even knock them unconscious.
