I'm not sure that cats eye's evolved at all. Notice how every different genus has a different lens structure and appearance. A lot of snakes/lizards eyes look quite different from cats but no doubt a similarity. This is because cats and eg.snakes are both adept hunters and share a similar field of vision.
Yes your eyes can "glow" like a cat if you mean in the dark. The way to see this is with night vision you can see human eyes "glow" pretty much like cats. cats eyes glow because behind the retna there are mirror like tissues which causes the light to reflect to cause a "glowing" kinnda sense.
Green or Blue. But normally is Green. If they are white it will be blue. Otherwise it doesn't matter. Also, if white cats have one blue eye and one other-colored eye, they may be deaf on the side with the blue eye.
Cats' eyes have a reflective layer called the tapetum lucidum that helps them see better in low light. In the dark, their eyes may appear to glow or shine due to this layer reflecting incoming light. Their pupils also dilate to let in more light, giving them better night vision.
its weird because my cat does that too
No. In the dark, the eyes of animals, especially animals that are nocturnal, will reflect light and look like they glow. This is the same thing that causes your eyes to "glow" red when someone takes a photo with a flash.
because tigers are really big cats and are related to cats
like normal cats eyes
Like all cats, cheetahs are mammals.
Like a pet cats.
The Tuatara, a lizard-like reptile that lives only in New Zealand, has those three "eyes".
Jaguars are large cats, much like leopards or tigers; as such they are mammals, not reptiles.
Not likely dogs and cats are intellegent but are not able to evolve like humans do.
Like a pet cats.

the cats eyes are blue, and the pupil is small and they shed a lot

Yes. Coyotes eyes glow at night because their eyes are like mirrors. The small amount of light reflects against their eyes like a cats.
