I think you may be talking about Kaj Stenvall. He's known for drawing pieces with ducks in different settings

It seems that nobody really knows yet why ducks swim in circles. However, observing their behavior lead me to believe that ducks swim in groups and in circle in order to agitate the water beneath and bring up closer to the surface the algae and plants that they feed from. Another explanation is that it signals a change in the weather. From watching ducks on the Boise River, someone noticed that this happens when rain or a significant (10 degrees Fahrenheit or more) change in temperature is forecast. But this could be coincidental, of course. Or it could confirm that ducks eat more and stock up energy when they sense that a change in the weather is imminent.
click the ducks so that their colors match
well, it is tic- tac-ducks instead of tic- tac-toe and you can't let the pink when because you are the yellow and your not supposed to let the other player when.
Oh, dude, passing level 16 of Duck Think Outside the Flock is like trying to find a needle in a haystack. You gotta like, think outside the box, man. Maybe try tapping on random things on the screen or just keep playing until you accidentally stumble upon the solution. Good luck, but like, who really cares, right?
Put the duck over the smallest - Largest

Im stuck on that one as well.I checked a walkthrough but I dont get it.Just keep on clicking. That one is a hard one... It usually takes about 5 mintues to click and eventually the ducks all face you and you pass it. I haven't passed it yet but my friend told me that she randomly clicked it and passed it.
