You have to use the chainsaw to remove the broken hoof then place the thumb where that used to be then use the lighter to seal it then use the first aid gel to soothe it. Do that with both hooves then use the Pizza cutter to slice open the pig. Use the chainsaw to cut out the vocal chords and place the keyboard and seal it with the lighter then soothe it with the gel.

Now I've seen it done differently but for me i just used the battery to charge up the keyboard then I lathered the first aid gel all over the keyboard until it said 'awesome' and brought me back to seal up the cut I made in the pig.

I guess some versions have you type in the words that come up on the keyboard but that didn't work for me. Good luck!
