every guinea pig in a cage has a corner they mostly poop in. all you have to do is find a different type of litter that your guinea pigs love and put that in their " potty corner " of their cage and they`ll start pooping in it more often. you cant fully potty train a guinea pig because even if this works they`ll still poop outside of the corner one in a while!
Well, for a Guinea Pig, you can buy those little litter boxes, and put it in the corner of the cage the Guinea Pig uses the most (may require some observations). But don't just expect it to start and use it. You have to pick up all of the Pigs' waste, and put it in the litter box. This will make your pig want to use it. If you keep doing that constantly, the Guinea Pig should get used to it, and you wouldn't have to do it anymore. You do the same thing with a rabbit :) Oh, and if you think the pig or rabbit is going to have an accident, then pick them up real fast, and put them in the box, making them used to the going in the box.. Hope this helps :D
Yes. Just don't until they have been in they "home" for at least 2 weeks. Then see where they go to the loo and when you muck them out put the litter box where they Peed and Pooed an place a few poos in the litter tray and see if they get the message. Keep on trying. You will suceedd xx
You can actually ... 1) get a towel or old rag (newspaper works too) 2) take some bedding with your guinea pigs pee on it (i would use gloves eww) 3) then put your guinea pig down on it and then it will sniff the bedding and hopefully pee on the old towel or rag or newspaper . then every time you let your piggie out put a clean towel or rag or some new newspaper down and be potty trained. but this will take a long time and you will probobly have to do it alot (with the bedding).
First of all, phrase your questions better. People will think you mean the barnyard pigs. They sell litter pans for guinea pigs, along with litter pellets. Buy some, and if your guinea pig doesn't go in the desired litter pan, train them the same way you would a dog. Otherwise, it won't matter too much if you have the right bedding, as the whole cage needs to be cleaned regularly.

It is possible to train a guinea pig to come when you call it's name, but i don't know if it is possible to get it to sit. Acutely, I don't think you can

Train your guinea pig every day, and when it does something right, feed it a treat.
It means your Guinea Pig is potty trained or he trained himself to use toilet. It is a good sign.
You are a dirty pig who has no control, go to the toilet and potty train yourself!
