I find that if I say my rabbits name and say ' no' clearly, they will stop. If not, move them away from what they are biting and say 'no' When they have realised not to bite reward them with a treat. If they are biting you it may be that they are scared, if you are holding them, gently lift them up, away from you and they put them back down. Or, it could be that they are hungry, try giving them something to eat. Buying wooden blocks from a local pet store can also help your rabbits keep it's teeth down, as if your rabbit is getting older, it may feel it needs to bite something nearly all the time to get it's teeth down.
The rabbit in The Velveteen Rabbit is just called "Rabbit"; it has no other name.
No, it is not normal for a 9 week old dwarf rabbit not to eat. Is he eating anything at all? If bunnies stop eating it is always for a reason, maybe he has tummy pain, is his tummy bloated, are his droppings normal? If bunnies stop eating it only takes a day or two for their tummy to actually stop working, you need to get him to a vet asap and make sure he has plenty of fluid to stop him dehydrating. My advise is to get him to vets as soon as you can. Hope this helps.
You have to understand their body language. If your rabbit grunts or tries to pee on what its grunting at it is saying "I don't like when you do that. I'm mad" If a rabbit is mounting another rabbit, the rabbit on top is saying "I'm the dominant rabbit. I'm in charge here." If the rabbit on the bottom is staying still, it is saying "I know you are in charge." If the rabbit on the bottom is trying to get on top, it is saying "You are not in charge, I am." If your rabbits are not fixed, these mounting behaviors might mean they are mating. If your rabbit has its ears flat back on its back and you are petting it and the rabbit is staying still, it is saying "That feels good. You are making me calm." If you stop petting your rabbit, and it nudges or nips you, it is saying " Why did you stop? Keep petting me." If your rabbit is laying down it is saying "I am tired. I am calm" If one rabbit is laying down in the same cage as another rabbit it is telling you "I feel calm with this other rabbit. They are not a threat. I can trust them." If two or more rabbits are laying very close to each other or next to each other, they are saying "This other rabbit is my buddy. I trust them very much." If one rabbit is grooming the other, it is saying " This rabbit is my friend."
This is a sign that your rabbit is sick. There are many possible reasons why this is happening. No matter what the reason, your rabbit is now in very serious danger: a rabbit that isn't eating will develop GI stasis, and this can kill your rabbit within a day or two. Your rabbit needs immediate veterinary attention! See the related questions below for details and helpful links.

I'm not an expert but your rabbit probably loves attention and when you stop petting him he wants more attention from you.
