first u need to try and bring mama back and put her with the kittens where she cant leave them but its vital that u don't leave her don't sit right there but don't leave the room go where she thinks your not there and monitor her behavior. if this is a first time mamma she just might be scared and isn't sure what to do, it is not everyday that a mamma will not mother her kittens most of the time it comes natural to her. I would give it a few hours alone with her and if she doesnt have anything to do with them then u need to step in but if she is cleaniing them and letting them nurse DO NOT DO NOT BOTHER HER THIS IS CRUCIAL DO NOT BOTHER HER IF SHE IS NURSING THEM! ok now if u have left her alone and monitoring her and she is not doing anything at all with them then u need to go to the store and by a nursing bottle and pet milk i cant remember the name but they carry at wal-mart and they carry the little bottles there to u may need a couple bottles and a lot of milk as you will need to nurse them probably every 3-4 hours and u will need to wake up through the night and nurse them also, it is just like a baby except with fur lol! then u can take a soft cloth and luke warm water and just wipe them down the mother usually licks their bottoms when they pee and poop so just take a cloth and wipe them. If you do not want to do all of this you need to take them to a vet. ASAP!!!!
Buy this special kitten formula and a kitten bottle and feed them that way. Good Luck!
You can use the kmr kitten milk replacer but if you can get your hands on some goats milk that would be better for them. I am probably going to milk my goats and feed my kittens that way, they were born this morning 7/12/09 and the mother hasn't produced any milk yet, so until i can get my goats milked i am using kmr, I have used it before and it seems to be pretty good. And you can use a small syringe to feed rather than buying alot of kitten bottles and nipples.
You can purchase a special milk at a store or at your local vet. You need to keep watch of the kitten like its mother would.

You can care for a scared abandon kitten by caressing it and giving it something to drink.
It's easy to take care of a baby cat. All you need is litter, litter box, cat food dishes, cat food, water, a place to sleep, toys, and lots of love. It's best to have one little room for your kitten to stay in for about a week so it gets used to your house. You need to play with your kitten a lot during its kitten years, and love it to the fullest. =)
Yes, A mama cat takes care of a kitten for weeks and then the kitten becomes old enough to go out on it's own.

You have to take over, feeding them and providing a home if they are homeless. The pleasure you and your family will get from watching them play together will be more than adequate payment for your care and concern.
A young cat is referred to as a kitten. Kittens are adorable, small, and furry creatures that come from cats. They are very playful and cute. As they grow, they learn from their mothers and explore the world around them. Like human babies, kittens also require love, care, and attention. They enjoy playing with toys, chasing things, and snuggling up for warmth and comfort. Taking care of a kitten can be an amazing and fulfilling experience.
There is only one answer to that and it is no.
sure they still need there parents to care for them
No, they are still your responsibility. You are still their parent, and they are still a minor. You still have to help take care of them.
