Jumping spiders can jump horizontally about 25 times their body length. The average jumping spider is about 10mm or less, so that's really not that far (about one foot). That distance is only achieved when they are fleeing something, though. Most regular, non-pressured jumps are just a few centimeters in distance. (source: Biology of Spiders by Rainer Foelix)I'm not sure how high they can jump, though. Can't be that high...
long tail ,big toes, far apart nostrils, long arms and legs.
I believe it is the woodlouse spider, common to live around dirt or in the garden or also in basements or closets. They are a non-aggressive spider but will bite if prodded. Their bite is not known to cause medical issues, but is heard to be very painful non the less. They are actually very good to have in the garden because they keep the roly poly bug population under control.
Believe it or not, you are never more than six feet away from a spider. The only flaw in this answer is "how far are you from a spider in the winter? answered simply by, spiders lay eggs underground and die. Only to come out in the spring and make more spiders.
Dist ant!
a spider can shoot its web about 4 inches
How far will it shoot and hit something??? i wouldn't put it past 300 - 400 yards comfortably
some shoot far and some dont so they all dont shoot the same length
Theoretically possible out to a mile. 200 yds would be stretching it though
As far as I know, it isn't actually a real spider.
There was this one time I was at work. I was about to get into the Suburban to travel to a different school location and then I saw this huge spider probably about 2 inches long. It literally shot its webbing at me as if to capture me and eat me. The webbing traveled about 5 feet, I kid you not. I ran around screaming like a little girl. I hate spiders. ><
Very far
Spider Man by far..
Type of action has nothing to do with how far a weapon will shoot. Caliber and load is what matters.
how far does a 50 caliber sniper rifle shoot accuratly
radioactive spider. but actually its far more complicated
A tarantula is by far larger than a wolf spider.
