The color of a chickens egg IS by the color of the layings chickens ears.
Depends on the breed of chicken as to what color the egg is.
The feather color of a chicken does not affect the color of the eggs she lays. It is the breed of the hen that determines the egg color. A chicken that lays white eggs does not drop a brown egg every now and then either, a white egg layer will always lay white eggs. I have several white Araucana hens who lay Lavender colored eggs and a Black Cochin hen who lays light brown eggs (not black eggs)
The color of the hens egg shell is not determined by the feed. The breed of the chicken is the determining factor of the egg shell color she will lay. You can influence the color of the yolk inside the egg somewhat by a diet high in beta carotene. Araucana chickens produce the blue egg because they extrude a bile high up in the oviduct as the shell is forming. Other breeds like Rhode Island Red hen eggs have the color introduced to a white shell further down in the oviduct. A fresh brown egg can have the brown color removed with some light scrubbing soon after laying, you cannot scrub off the blue of an Araucana egg as it goes all the way through to the inside of the shell. Look at the inside of any brown egg...It is white. If you look at the inside of a blue/green egg, it is the same inside as outside.
Chickens that lay different colored eggs such as brown, green, blue or pink are no different then white egg laying chickens. A chicken that lays different colored eggs will have different colored skin, but that's it.
You cannot change the color of the egg shell, genetics are pre determined at hatch and the color of the shell is not effected by feed. You can change the color of the yolk with feed but not the shell itself. The color of the shell is due to a bile duct secretion as the egg is forming in the oviduct of the hen.
the color of the egg does not depend on the color of the chicken, it depends on the breed. so your chickens fine. the color of the egg does not depend on the color of the chicken, it depends on the breed. so your chickens fine.
yes but so do non-organic chickens! The breed of the chicken determines the color of the egg shell. Nothing else affects the color of the egg shell.
umm... i kinda' understand the question, so i am gonna fo my best 2 answer it correctly. a white egg comes from a white chicken while a brown egg comes from brown chickens, what ever the chickens' color is, that's is the color of the egg.
Yes. Feather color does not effect the color of the egg shell, breed determines the color of the egg.

They are from CHICKENS OR HENS because an egg can not produce another egg. (They are hens not chickens.)

The chickens give us egg ..
Because they feed their chickens differently idkIt all depends on the chicken that is being used. For example white chickens will put out white eggs while colored chickens will give out brown eggs.
Chickens are the closest living relatives to the Tyrannosaurus Rex. Some breeds of chickens, such as the Araucana and Ameraucana breeds (also known as Easter Egg Chickens) can lay eggs varying in color, from blue to green.
