Evolution Is not true period. God created everything and all of his creation has a certain purpose. In Genesis 1: 1 it says: God created the heavens and the earth. So, Evolution pretty much has nothing to do with DNA. Read your Bible, its a great book with lots of knowledge!! :)
Yes; changes in DNA are the vehicle by which evolution occurs.
Charles Darwin is most closely associated with the theory of evolution, which he originally presented in his famous book, "The Origin Of Species".
Simply put, birds are evolved from small dinosars, and dinosaurs belong to the same group that crocodiles belong to, archosauria, while turtles belong to the group sauropsida, because, while they appear to be more similar to crocodiles than birds, the evolutionary common ancestor they share is far more ancient, unlike that of crocodiles and dinosaurs. That's evolution for you.
Evolution is perpetual. Through the fossil record, we see the origin of many an extant clade. We see the evolution of birds from dinosaurs and amphibians from sarcopterygian fish for example. But now that we are here, evolution does not stop. DNA continues to be replicated, over and over, perpetually, and producing generation after generation after generation. As genetic changes build up over time after replication upon replication upon replication of the DNA, so populations and thus species diverge genetically and thus morphologically. Evolution is perpetual and unending. It is thus inappropriate to assume it be confined to the past. Evolution has been going on as long as there has been life. Indeed evolution is one of the characters that define life from non-life. From the Precambrian, across the Palaeozoic, Mesozoic and Cenozoic to the present Holocene day, evolution has occurred and is still occurring.
The evidence for animal and human evolution is so overwhelming that it is not possible to list it all within the scope of a short .Following decades of research, Charles Darwin published his book, The Evolution of Species in 1859. This contains copious evidence for evolution by natural selection, yet Darwin barely touched on the wealth of detail that we now have on evolution.Darwin, writing at a time when the known fossil record was scanty, barely touched on what we now know. We now have an extensive fossil record of the evolution of numerous species, with intermediate forms showing how one species or genus has gradually evolved into others.A good scientific theory should be able to predict facts that we do not yet know. The discoverers of Tiktaalik Roseaebelieved that the Theory of Evolution predicted that a species intermediate between fish and amphibians should be discovered in specific rock layers of a proposed search area, went there and soon found what they were looking for.Recent advances in our knowledge of DNA now mean that we have another scientific basis for animal evolution. For example, scientists can use DNA evidence to ascertain that our human ancestors diverged from the ancestors of the chimpanzee some seven million years ago. That this seems consistent with the dossil record should not be regarded as a mere coincidence.

DNA evolution aka 'Jogress evolution' came from Digimon Adventure 02.
Charles Darwin is primarily associated with the theory of evolution through his work on natural selection and the publication of "On the Origin of Species." Other scientists, such as Alfred Russel Wallace, also contributed to the development of evolutionary theory.

Replication would not be associated with DNA during mitosis.
The nucleus, in which DNA is contained.
All living things have DNA -- both coding and non-coding DNA. The percentage of similarity between living things matches up with the preexisting theory of evolution.
