Puppies start using the bathroom almost immediately after birth. The mother usually has to stimulate the bladder and bowels with her tongue to make them go initially, but after a while they can go on their own. If you have an older puppy--a couple months--and he/she hasn't gone to the bathroom for a day take him to the the vet.
Your dog probably has worms!!! Your puppy needs training.
it is really really easy, you have to sit them on the pad and leave them there for a while, sometimes the puppy might pee or poop where else, if they poop somewhere else yo pic up the poop, set it on the pad and let them sniff it, the puppy will know where to poop (might not work on all puppies)
poop
You can discourage your puppy from eating poop by immediately cleaning up after them to remove the temptation. You can also try feeding your puppy a high-quality diet to ensure they are getting all necessary nutrients, as sometimes eating poop can be a sign of a dietary deficiency. If the behavior persists, consult with a veterinarian to rule out any underlying health issues.
The white things in your puppy's poop could be segments of tapeworms. It is common for puppies to get tapeworm infections, usually from ingesting fleas. It is important to take your puppy to the vet for a proper diagnosis and treatment.
You must have your puppy checked out by a vet as soon as possible.
maybe i would go 2 a vet
This depends entirely on the puppy. At seven weeks, it is perfectly normal for the dog not to be fully housetrained. My dog went through a phase at about eight months old when he would continually wet his bed, event though by then he was 'housetrained'. In a couple of weeks, the puppy should have grasped the idea that when he sits, or whines by the door, he gets let outside to pee (or poop). Even then, there will still be accidents now and again, but so long as consistent rewards are given when the puppy does go outside, he should be fully housetrained by a the time he is four to five months old.
it depends on the puppy. there isn't an exact answer....

Either because she may still feel a little homesick or sometimes because she eats her poop. If you see her eating her poop, you have to get vinegar and water and put it in a sprayer and spray on the poop. It won't eat it 'cause it doesn't like the smell. Just do it again when it starts to eat it's poop.
