that answer is ridiculous. ! They are ready to go to new homes at 6-8 weeks. You should start weaning at 3-31/2 weeks, depending on breed.

∙ 15y agoyou normally wean puppies at about 6-8 weeks. its good to start introducing hard food around this time, usually puppy kibble mixed with hot water to soften it is a great way to start!
