Only like once a day. How much? Like a tiny handful.
You should feed your hamster every day but if he/she hasn't eaten much you should either top it up or leave it. You should never leave the food more than two days as it could get ill.
you need to feed your hamster ALL the time. they don't eat on a certain day, they eat some every now and then each day.
around three times a day
I would fill its food bowl whenever it's close to empty.
At least once a day.
you should feed hamsters every day.
Twice they hide their food so they have more than you think.
As for salted no do not feed your hamster salted sunflower seeds.I would also not give them cooked sunflower seeds as when they are cooked they lose a lot of nutrients. I would feed my hamster raw unprocessed sunflower seeds. But remember to not feed your hamster too many nuts and seeds. They are good in small amounts but contain a lot of fat. So to summarize do not feed your hamster cooked salted sunflower seeds but instead feed them raw unprocessed sunflower seeds in small amounts.
more then three times a a day
Twice a day. If you feed it at 7 am feed it at 7 pm.
You never know for sure... my hamster actually just had her second set of pups. The first time she had two (They don't have many the first time they give birth) and just 12 days ago she had 7 more. If you think yours may be pregnant give it food with a lot of water and keep it healthy before and after birth. And if she does have babies, Remove the dad from the cage. Boy hamsters are territorial and mine attacked the new born babies. But yeah, your hamster may have any number of babies.. 2 at the least, & probably no more than 9 or 10.
Two months for dwarfs and syrians, three for chinese, and four for roborovski.
A Roborovski hamster is normally pregnant between 20 and 22 days. Some sources say that they can be pregnant for up to 30 days, though. Roborovski hamsters can be weaned at 21 days, and this is normally a good time to separate males and females.
Just make sure they have fresh food at all times!
With a Syrian hamster you refill its food bowl and water bottle every morning. In other words once a day.
1-3 depending on how big the hamster is.
Twice they hide their food so they have more than you think.
Their litters are usually small, being typically four to six pups, though larger litters of up to 10 have been reported.
Hamster food is available in many pet stores. There are also many other foods that you can feed a hamster, including, fruits, veggies, and many types of seeds and nuts. Always keep fresh water, too. Do not feed the hamster poisonous foods/plants, sweets, dairy based products, strong herbs, and lettuce (it's hard on their digestive system).
Many websites tell you what it can or cannot eat "hamsterific.com" I feed mine lettuce occasionally with a grain feed from petsmart.
Well, you should always have a dish of some sort filled with food in their cage and they eat when they are hungry and store food in their cheeks for later also.
