Just one, cows are cows. Well that's not true cows are the grown female of some animal species such as cattle, elk, even elephants, among others. Generally speaking any time you call the dad a bull and the baby a calf, the mama is called a cow. You could even call your buddies wife a cow. But, that is not too bright, if you expect her to feed you or are standing too close to her.
