Horsepower rating is 370 brake horsepower @5200 rpm. Since the regular 442 in 1970 had 365 hp @ 5000 rpm, it is believed the W30 was underated at 370 and is more like 420 bhp. Torque rating for the W30 is 500 lb ft @ 3600 and the non W30 is 500 lb ft @ 3200.
Yes, after the few required months (they can't have other people in the car with them for ___ months after receiving liscence) then a 16 year old can pull a horse trailer anywhere in the U.S. without a special liscence.
MARE
Yes a ten year old can have a horse provided they know how to care for the horse and the parent or parents are willing to pay for the expense of owning a horse. Before owning your own horse you should be able to feed, groom, tack up, ride reasonably well, preform first aid and recognize signs of illness and injury in a horse. If you do not have any experience in any of those things it would be best to take lessons and possibly lease a horse before owning one.
for the first 3 years of its life,a female or male horse is called a foal.when the female is 3 years old its a filly, the male a colt(also the age they are able to be ridden!).at 5 years of age the filly is a mare and the colt is a stallion.
The racehorse industry is very irresponsible. Horses are backed (saddled and taught to carry weight) as yearlings and raced as two-year-olds. The strain caused by working this hard before their full strength causes most racehorses to wear up and die around age 15 (compared to 30 for a well-looked-after horse.)
10 to 20 percent
The SuperChip i installed in my 1990 oldsmobile toronado trofeo gave it 25hp more according to the dyno.
On the carburetor
It's rated at 180 hp at 4600 rpm.
yes
A nice medium bright blue.
why would you want to? The Chevy bolt patern from block to tranny is different-all olds, Buick, and Pontiac v8's should use same pattern but not Chevy so it will not work-besides the 305 was gutless anyway, a stock 307 olds would make more power. I would not use anything smaller than a 403 to pull a car that heavy and I would just stick to an olds 455 if you have one. If you decide to use a 403 make sure you do everything you can to keep engine cool if you want it to last.
My 2000 uses 134A and looks stock...
Yes You are allowed to race 2 year olds
