It can depend. If you're looking for a horse to just ride around, and use for pleasure, they can be as low as $500. But if you're looking for a registered show horse, they can be as much as $20,000. Typically though, your average range for a good, well trained horse is from $1,000-$3,000.
Money. America calls it the dollar, Japan the yen, England the pound, ect. I know of no other form of currency other than regular money.
Ask someone at the reference desk of your local public library for the Occupational Outlook Handbook. It lists all kinds of information you would need to know,(including the salary) of just about any occupation you can think of. *Shelbybr says: How much money you can make depends on the breed and bloodlines of the horses you breed. Thoroughbred race horses can go for millions, while a plain "riding horse" can go for $500. Show horses are worth more. You will have to consider the value of the horse, the money it takes to bring the foal to market, and how strong the market is. Some breeders actually LOOSE money by the end of the year. (Like me!) It's a very hit-or-miss business, and no matter what you breed, it takes a lot of money to do it. Quality horses cost money, while cheap horses rarely produce high-dollar foals.

Enough to break a bone easily!
Horses do cost a bit of money. Obviously it would be waaay more expensive if you were to get a champion dressage stallion than a feral/pet horse.Pet horses cost the least amount of money. they can be from aroung $200 ~$1000. Regular riding horses are usually $1500 ~ $10,000. Competition horses are $10,000 +. Professional horses are best left to proffessionals.Factors such as;breedagegenderyears of trainingheritagecompetition resultsinjuriestempermentconformationcan change the price of the horse.Keeping the horse is also a bit of money. Usually about $12,000 ++ a year.Things like the horse, the boarding place, your home, competing or non-competing are also factors.Again showing also depends on what kind you are doing. They are so expensive because you have to take care of it and they are very useful.
That depends on the ability of the horse. It could be £50 or £2.0 million.

Taking care of horses isn't really that big in the money section however it doesn't pay little either. I know someone who was about 16 she got paid about $10-12 an hour
