This is more of a math question then anything. 1 hand high is equal to four inches. If you have 21.1 hands high you need to times it by 4 and you will get 84.4 inches high. Then divide by 12 cause there is 12 inches in a foot and you will get roughly 7 ft high. That is from the withers to the hoof.
