Mos of the time it is because they have been mistreated by humans. They equate being around people to pain and suffering. If you're not a happy camper you shouldn't have an animal.
Squids, sharks, and sea turtles. (I think.)
Organisms often become extinct as a result of humans continuing to hunt and kill them even though they might be very few in numbers & there are no mates available with whom they can reproduce. Another cause or contributing cause can be when the basic ecological environment in which the organism requires to live & reproduce in the wild is removed or destroyed. Sometimes when people introduce foreign species to new places, they drive native species (that have not evolved a defense mechanism) to extinction. For example, introducing dogs to an island that does not have any large predators and on which flightless birds live. Starvation, disease, and environmental changes e.g. Ice ages, and meteor strikes. Because back in the middle ages it was illegal to disect humans.
its the balance of the system... ecologically most herbivorous animals have this innate tendency to be in groups to protect themselves and most carnivorous animals have a tendency to be singular or to detach themselves from other members of the same group other than mating rituals. its a delicate balance evolved from the ages. if the big cats have this capacity to be in groups no animals will survive this massive strength, so evolution has played its own cards in making this positive by making the carnivorous animals powerful and singular entities and the weaker sections to be in massive heard to protect themselves by their numbers against the powerful animals.
A lack of food, the ice covered the plants and froze them to death and blocked out sunlight, lack of plants led to lack of herbivores which ultimately meant the extinction of many species.
Mass extinctions may occur due to a combination of factors, including climate change, asteroid impacts, volcanic eruptions, and human activities such as deforestation and pollution. The current rate of species extinction is largely attributed to human actions leading to habitat destruction and climate change. Without significant changes in how we interact with the environment, the risk of a mass extinction event happening is a real concern.
Yes because their are cats in the middle ages just like we have now
The main cause of the Dark Ages was the Mycenaeans being conquered by the Dorians.
