I would say that means that the previously owned cat is marking its territory. While eating a lot of cheesy fries
Not so sure about those cheesy fries but yes, often a cat will begin urinating in a spot used by a previous cat. To prevent this, use an enzyme based cleaner such as Petastic Stain and Odor Remover (which used to be the Nature's Miracle formula - this is essentially the original Nature's Miracle and the product that developed the high reputation of Nature's Miracle.) Petastic can be a little bit hard to find so call around to pet stores before driving all over town. It is one that definitely works though. Use according to directions and the enzymes will destroy any traces of the prior cat's markings. With any of the enzyme based cleaners it is important to thoroughly soak the area and allow the soaked area to extend a bit beyond the boundaries of the original stain. The Petastic website has a product locator section plus you can order their products online directly from their site.
not exactly at birth, but at the point when their eyes and ears open. believe it or not you actualy can train them when their ears and eyes open, despite what all the trainers will tell you. you can train newborns to sit or lay down or any type of trick. but you can teach them to pee on pee pads ( the first litter we had, we had poty trained them by the time they were walking) , not to play bte or bite your fingers and not the bite and growl at you. If you know how to train dogs, then you can train your pups ( and sell them for a higher price bcuz they are poty trained or w.e)

No, neutering an animal does not prevent it from urinating, that wouldn't make sense. Neutering an animal only prevents it from mating, and producing offspring. If it urinates in the house, it's not trained; try taking it to a professional trainer.
