Yes, cats are actually quite clever, they can sense when you call them, they can recognise their owners voice and know if they're near danger, also they land on all four paws when they fall/jump. But cats are supposedly colour blind, which may or may not affect their everyday lifestyle. I hope this has helped, I will try to find any more information for you :)

Are cats celver - well, cats are just like people, some are clever, some are not. Some are affectionate, some are not etc. etc. I have had several cats (and loved them all) and their intelligence varied considerably. One of my cats, Silky, now resting in peace in our garden, was particularly clever. We had a sliding door between our lounge and kitchen, with a TV in the lounge, next to the sliding door. The sliding door had a concealed sliding handle, which one would push to slide the door open. If I was in the tichen, with the sliding door shut, and called Silky, she would jump on the top of the TV in the lounge, place her paws onto the concealed handle on the sliding door and push it a bit, thus sliding the kitchen door slightly open, then jump down and, using her paws, push the sliding door further so that she could get into the kitchen. Now THAT was very clever. Silky also knew, somehow, when I was coming home from work. My mum told me that Silky would regularly suddenly jump down from the settee and run into the hall and start pacing excitedly up and down. Mum initially had no idea why but then she would hear my key opening the front door. Silky did this every time I was coming home. When mum was not at home, Silky was always waiting for me in the hall when I arrived home. She just regonised MY STEPS - somehow. Whenever anybody else was passing our front door she was completely ignoring that stranger's steps.
One of my other cats was so stupid, that I actually spent a few hours sitting on the floor with him showing him how to push a standard door open - to no avail. He would always meow and wait for me to open the door for him.
None of my other cats ever did anything like Silky. So, as I said, some are clever and some are not.
yes, cats are indeed very smart. my cat waits for me to open the basement door to go in the basement to eat. they also communicate. they meow when they want/need something. cats can also climb trees and sometimes even scare away predators. they also can catch chipmunks, mice and birds. dogs are smart but cats are also one smart creature
cat then dog
You spay a female dog and cat, you neuter a male dog and cat.
A dog and a cat. Let the dog chase the cat, if the cat gets caught, the dog is faster ;^)
If a dog will be protecting a cat is only if the dog grew up around the cat and adapted to it, but if the cat protected the dog they will reverse cyclogy and protect each other.
Yes It`s possile for a dog to believe it`s a cat if you own a cat as well. If your dog is friends with your cat, he/she might thing it`s a cat, too
it depends on the person. If Shes a cat person then a cat is the best pet for them if she is a dog person then a dog is the best pet for her duhhhh
Why not???Save animals, my one dog Lily I got her from a animal shelter and she is the best dog ever!!She is so smart to when I got her.And my one cat she is the most cutties cat ever!!!
All cats are very smart, much smarter than dogs. It doesn't matter where a cat comes from for it to be smart. If you were to leave a cat, that cat would rely on nature, catching it's own food. A dog, on the other hand, would be likely to starve or make itself sick by eating decaying food... Yes, so Irish cats are smart, by rights.

Their names are just Cat and Dog!
You spay a female dog and cat, you neuter a male dog and cat.
Tiger , Cat , Dog , Horse , Elephant , Butterfly .
If your dog is grooming your cat, it means that the dog thinks the cat is part of the family.
Maybe and then maybe not. It depends on if the animal can behave and is smart or not. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- It depends if the animal is smart, If not, give it to someone who wants a pet(dog, cat,ETC) or give it to a animal shelter.
She has a cat and a dog.
