lions arnt exactly nice, but they can be pretty aggresive if you bother them. but if your safly in a Jeep or car with a guide, than you should be safe. If they feel threatened, or are hungry and you seem like prey, then they are dangerous. Otherwise, like any other cats, they basically don't much care.
