if you feel there might be a problem with your pet and don't know what it is, you should probably go to the vet! no one can force you to put your animal down, but they can make suggestions. there might be a problem bigger than you think. then again it could be much smaller, too.
a few years ago i had a cat with a growth problem as well. difference is, she had a heart condition, would yowl all the time, and would seizure from time to time. we had to put her down, because she was suffering. sometimes you have to put aside what you want, from what's best for your pet, even if it is sad.
That's a funny question. I'm not sure because I don't know your kitten or cat but my best guess is that the kitten is still not fully weaned yet and still wants to suck his/her mother's milk. The kitten must've mistaken it.
"Stillborn" means the kitten has died prior to birth and is born dead.
Yes it should be perfectly fine. Just be gentle and let your kitten nap because they are probably still a little drugged the day of.
A twelve week old kitten will in no way be able to have kittens of its own. At such an age the kitten is comparable to a young child. Female kittens usually reach sexual maturity around five to seven months old, although they should still never be bred at this age as they are still young and should, ideally, be spayed.
No kitten has been born, and survived, with four mouths. A kitten four months old is still not sexually mature. Queens generally become sexually mature between eight months and one year of age, and can give birth to kittens about two months after they first come into heat.
No. They are still learning themselves and would not take on that responsibility. They could however, teach younger kittens how to do things as the younger kitten would watch the older kitten(just as younger siblings look up to their elder siblings.
How old is your kitten? if she is quite young she is probably just hungry when she does this, if she is older she probably still thinks she is younger and wants milk. If your kitten is old enough to eat solid food place some in front of her every time she goes to suck then hopefully your kitten should eat the food and move on from milk and therefore stop suckling her own nipples. If even when you give her food she continues to suckle or if she is really young and when you give her milk she continues to suckle take her to the vets and see what they can do. I hope i helped.

No , they have split.

you can play with your kitten whenever it is not nursing ( if it still does). anytime else will be a great time to bond with your kitten and they are very playful little beasts and love to be active! :D
The kitten could think its their mother. Is the kittens mother still with it? If not, the kitten might think for some reason that it is suckling on its mother.
You need to get your kitten to a veterinarian immediately. To transport, gently slide the kitten onto a towel - having two people for this will help greatly. Your goal is to keep the head, neck and shoulders steady without moving them. Once the kitten is on the towel, slide your hands underneath it and place the kitten/towel onto two to four bath towels nestled in a laundry basket. Now the kitten can be carried in the laundry basket and taken to the veterinarian. If the kitten is still walking or holding its head up, you can skip the towel under kitten transfer, but still drive with the kitten nestled in a laundry basket. If the kitten is still nursing, bring the mother and the rest of the kittens along for the ride in a second basket or box.
Children under the age of 13 should not sit in the front. Although some younger children may be large, they still do not have the proper bone density to withstand an airbag ejection.
There is afterbirth after each kitten is born. If a kitten does not survive in the womb, it would still be expelled from the mother.
I wouldn't, but if you are completely positive that it doesn't hurt the kitten or you won't drop her, I think it might be okay. Just think what you think the kitten might want you to do.
yes they do, i have a kitten that has the remains of a scarab beetle in his neck, still removing remains now. shocking but true yes they do, i have a kitten that has the remains of a scarab beetle in his neck, still removing remains now. shocking but true yes they do, i have a kitten that has the remains of a scarab beetle in his neck, still removing remains now. shocking but true
