Take him to the vet!
well sometimes puppys limp around for attention. example, in front of you she will limp, but if you are in a place where she dosent know you can see her she will be fine. however, if her leg is hurt, you gentaly feel of it, and the non hurt leg and see if you can feel any big differences, the bone could be fractured, so you should call a vet. or watch her for a day or two to see if it gets any better. if she acts like she is in alot of pain you could give her a human pain pill, but watch the dosage VERY carefuly...like a quarter of the pill. and once again contact a vet, even if its over the phone.
yes, you may see a small spike coming from a male hamsters we-we. They also can get wet dreams.
Pet foot sprains are much the same as humans. I am hoping you took your cat to the vets to be sure the foot isn't a hairline fracture or a full broken bone. If not get to your vets. If you have been to the vets the vet would have told you when to bring the cat back in to be examined and to see how the foot is healing or, the cat may start walking on it's own.
No, they're color blind. yes, hamsters are color blind and see black in white. make sure you don't put them in sunlight because then they r practically blind and cant see that good. Yep afraid they are! Hamsters can only see in black and white but still cant see very well. They use their whiskers to feel around as they are on the move. They are color blind! :p
Your hamster will probably not walk on that leg, perhaps dragging it. Also, I had a hamster that broke her ankle, and she chewed off her foot. I brought her to the vet, and they said that they could try different types of surgeries, but they can't use any anesthesia. I decided that putting her to sleep was the best choice for her, because the surgeries sounded very painful. :( Good luck, and I hope your hamster's leg isn't broken.
Yes, but you need to be careful not to do any further damage.
Go see a vet. The bone may stick out and the dog may cry.
A number of things - A broken bone in the leg, torn muscles/tendons, broken ankel or broken bones in the foot. Go and see your doctor because this sounds bad.
A number of things... Broken bone, Bruising, Infection ! If in doubt - see a VET !
It will limp or not even walk on its leg. If it is really bad and she / has broken the bone really bad, you will see the bone either coming through their skin or not quiet. It will be very swollen and very sore.
In the UK the amount of compensation you can claim for a broken legdepends on whether the broken bone is in the upper or lower leg, how many bones are broken and whether the fracture is simple or complicated. To see examples of compensation amounts different types of broken leg see the related link entitled "leg injury claim".
You need to see a doctor.
If the leg is broken it will stand on one leg all day or lie on the bottom of its cage. Its best seeing a vet.
an x-ray
Well, the dog will be limping if a leg or arm. The bone could be a little crooked. It will be weak and maybe your dog will be yelping. Try rubbing all bones of the dog if you suspect a sprain. If it is a broken bone, see the vet IMEDIATLY!
To fix broken bones, surgery can be used. However, it depends on the bone that is broken, and you should see your doctor. Also, a cast can be used to mend your broken bone.
If your hamster has a broken leg, it needs treatment from the vet. See the related question. If you have already had the vet treat your hamster, then it is important to keep the hamster quiet while the leg heals. She is probably not bored, but tired, as healing takes a lot of energy, especially early on.You can vary your hamsters food a little, and give it your company: talk to it and pat it gently.
