Should I be concerned if our 11 year old cat is not eating or drinking and just sleeping?

Take that cat to a vet!
But considering that this question has gone unanswered for 6 years, its probably a nonissue now as the cat probably died shortly after the question was asked of dehydration...
It is really irresponsible to ask questions requiring immediate answers on possible life or death issues here!
