This is not usually done to adult birds. Chicks are often de-beaked right after hatch at some major hatcheries but this is to prevent injury to other birds. It is generally accepted now that de-beaking after the first week causes unnecessary pain and suffering to the birds when other remedial action is available to stop feather pecking and cannibalism. Proper housing and light control stops all but 1% of injurious behavior in a well maintained flock. Problem birds are best culled rather than subject the entire flock to unneeded de-beaking.
If your baby chick is breathing but limp, you should take it to the vet's office. They will be able to determine what happened and treat the chick.
I had a baby chick that rarely ever opened it eyes because it was very sick. I took it in and fed it and gave it water out of a dropper. It later died. If your chick is not opening its eyes it may be sick
Because chick peas are yellow
A baby chick can be raised with its mother hen in a natural setting where she provides warmth, protection, and teaches them survival skills. Alternatively, a baby chick can be raised in an incubator with controlled temperature and humidity, and provided with specialized chick feed and care by humans.

Answer: Listen here, You should NOT,NEVER debeak a rooster or hen. Or that's animal abuse.
There are a few ways to debeak a chicken. The best way to do this is to buy the machine meant for it.
You debeak chickens and turkeys in the same way. First the animal must be dead and then you use a special machine.
debeak them. hope this helps
heavy of course, because you do realise there's a chick in there.

chick peas should be stored in a bin
No they should really be fed fresh greens as a treat and depending on the age a chick starter or a chick grower does very well for chicks and ducklings.
